1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use govern the use of the website imnet.hr (hereinafter: the “Website”) and define the rights and obligations of users and the company Imnet d.o.o., with its registered office in Zagreb (hereinafter: the “Service Provider”). By using this Website, the user confirms that they are familiar with these Terms of Use and fully accept them. If the user does not agree with these Terms of Use, they are required to immediately cease using the Website. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall enter into force upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after such changes have been published shall be deemed as acceptance of those changes. The Website is intended to provide users with information about the services offered by the Service Provider, including, but not limited to, IT maintenance, technical support, consulting, and other IT-related services.

The user undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia, good business practices, and in a manner that does not harm the Service Provider or third parties. Any use of the Website that may result in damage, disruption, or impairment of its functionality is strictly prohibited, including, but not limited to, unauthorized access to data, attempts to bypass security mechanisms, introduction of malicious code, or any other activity that may compromise system security. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.

4. IT Support and General Information via Premium Rate Telephone Numbers
The Service Provider enables users to access a premium rate telephone service through which users may obtain IT support, technical information, and general information. The service is available via the following telephone numbers: 060 600 000 – call price is EUR 0.93/min from fixed networks and EUR 1.12/min from mobile networks 060 500 500 – call price is EUR 0.46/min from fixed networks and EUR 0.63/min from mobile networks By using this service, the user acknowledges and agrees that all information, advice, and recommendations are provided solely based on the information supplied by the user during the call and according to the operator’s assessment and knowledge at the time the service is provided. The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the information to the user’s specific situation, nor does it guarantee that any proposed solution will achieve the desired outcome or resolve the issue. The Service Provider, as well as its employees, associates, or any persons acting on its behalf, shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of this service, including, but not limited to, data loss, system damage, security incidents, service interruptions, financial loss, or any other consequences resulting from the use or interpretation of the information or advice provided. The user is solely responsible for how the information is used and for any actions taken on their own systems, including the obligation to create backup copies of data prior to undertaking any actions. The telephone service does not constitute a contractual IT service relationship and does not replace professional services provided under a separate agreement. Calls are charged at the stated rates regardless of the outcome of the consultation or the success in resolving the issue.

5. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, visual elements, website structure, databases, and other materials, is the property of the Service Provider or is used under appropriate rights and permissions. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or any other use of the Website content without the prior written consent of the Service Provider is strictly prohibited, except where expressly permitted by applicable law. The user is permitted to use the Website content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided that the content is not modified and that all ownership and copyright notices are retained. Any unauthorized use of the content may constitute a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in the initiation of appropriate legal proceedings.
